I noticed last month that I had been charged a fee for awhile on my account. The account agreement I signed said that the account was free as long as I continued to direct deposit each month, twice a month. I have been doing that and I have had this account for many years and never had a problem. When I contacted the bank, they told me I was being charged the fee because I don't use their debit card and haven't been into a branch. I did NOT agree to this fee and have many transactions both in and out of the account every month. I told them a two days ago that I would be closing my account and not to charge me the fee again. The next day, I get charged the fee. This garbage fee should not be charged to my account and I am very angry.
