Portfolio Recovery is contacting me regarding a debt that was discharged in Bankruptcy in 2009. I have a new telephone # that I got XXXX years ago and they are calling me as if this is a current or even a valid debt. They are also mailing documents to my home. I have asked that all communication be discontinued but it has continued. I will be taking this call log and document to my attorneys office to see what legal actions can be taken.
