I purchased exam study materials through a company called XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for {$200.00} on XX/XX/24 through XXXX XXXX. The company made additional unauthorized charges to my account for {$200.00} on XX/XX/24, totaling {$400.00}. I messaged them about this charge, and they claimed the additional charge was to ensure my account was legitimate and had sufficient funds. I never received the exam study materials from them, and after requesting my money be refunded to my account ; the company ceased all communication with me after XX/XX/24. The company website is XXXX XXXX XXXX and their email address is XXXX. The phone number they have listed is XXXX. I called this number is spoke to someone and requested my money be refunded back to me. The person stated they will refund my money back within a week. I never received my money and when I called the number again, it went straight to voicemail and no one answers. I contacted Chase Bank to file a dispute in XXXX against the charges made to my account. I provided evidence proving it was fraudulent and some of the charges were unauthorized. Chase denied the dispute. They claim it was denied because I authorized the initial charges. I have been scammed by this company for {$400.00} and my bank is unwilling to help me.
