Consumer Narrative

I tried to use Marcus savings account to pay my rent. It was processed for the first month. And by the second month, they froze my account without informing me which cost me {$68.00} fine. After I unfroze the account by XXXX, I tried to call Marcus and try to transfer {$4500.00} to my other checking account 4 times, by calling the customer services, on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX. Every time, the transaction was disputed with no notification. Every time I call, they come up with new reasons why my transaction was disputed. It was either " we can't confirm your original checking account was closed '' or " we can't verify your new checking account exist ''. And every " specialist '' have setup phone calls with external checking account 's bank to confirm, and they still ask me the same question over and over, and DISPUTE my transaction right after. I also tried to setup a monthly transfer from Marcus to the external account, when the customer service lady repeated my requirements, she said " transfer FROM external account TO Marcus account '', after correcting her she still made it wrong way and it ended up wire money out of my external account. I tried to call and dispute that transaction, and I was told I need to wait for 7-10 business days for it to work. During this long time, I can't wire money out while it takes this little time to wire money in? And dispute takes that lone time to take place?? They are purposely preventing me from using my own money. I have waited lone enough. I need to get it fixed right now.
