I was charged an ACH withdrawn from my bank account on XX/XX/year> in the amount of {$180.00}. Of that amount {$94.00} was applied to principal and {$94.00} was applied to interest. Now, they are making another ACH withdrawal on XX/XX/XXXX for {$230.00}. This is not a scheduled payment. I received no notification of the reason for the additional payment. When I try to turn off auto-debit, it says that I can not. All XXXX of my loans state that they are paid up to date. There is ZERO reason to be debiting me right now! Their telephone is always busy with a ridiculous wait time. I am angry that they now hold my loans and feel that I am at their mercy.
