In XXXX, XXXX and XXXX of XXXX my monthly mortgage payment increased from {$XXXX} to {$XXXX} as a result of property insurance that was added to my escrow account. In XXXX of XXXX, I made of a payment of {$XXXX} to be applied to my monthly payments ( principal and interest ) as follows : {$XXXX} + {$XXXX} late fee for the months of XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. In XXXX of XXXX, after I learned that only {$XXXX} had been applied to my principal and interest and that {$XXXX had been used to pay for fees, I made a verbal request via the phone to have my payments applied as described above. I also learned that {$XXXX} was also charged in fees. In XXXX of XXXX, I learned that my request had not been granted and when I reached out to my mortgage servicer, they indicated that I was obligated to pay for the fees assessed and was offered the fax number for the customer research department. I also learned that despite my ongoing payments, my account was still underpaid by {$XXXX, that the bank was holding {$XXXX} of my funds in a hold ( suspense ) and that I was still carrying a balance of {$XXXX} in uncollected fees which breakdown into {$1900.00} attorney fees from XX/XX/XXXX, {$XXXX} fee from XX/XX/XXXX for property inspection and {$XXXX} late fee from XXXX.
