I tried calling to get my GM XXXX online account locked and it started with a computer hanging up on me twice before I finally got sent to a customer service representative. The representative kept calling me as XXXX and referring to me with male pronouns despite me telling them it is she/her pronouns and the correct spelling of my name as they need this to access my account. When the agent tried telling me I need to calm down I told her she needs to use the correct pronouns and use my correct name. She then put me on hold. A couple minutes later they called back saying they can not do anything and hung up. All I want is access to my online account. I can not access it when they are doing nothing but making insults to me because they chose to be prejudice against XXXX women!
