Have tried to contact Robinhood Financial more than 10 times to resolve the situation but they take no action of substance because you can't speak to a competent human being. Apparently to save on costs Robinhood Financial has no telephonic customer help. Everything is email which has no resolution because the people who respond are looking to do nothing probably because they are low level and low paid. The email names responding by email from Robinhood incude XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX and The Robinhood Team. They are incapable of resolution. Every email to Robinhood Support results in a new support ticket number or case number being created. Then they want you to submit an ID & Selfie to confirm your identity. I have submitted photos of my drivers license and Selfie 's on more than 2 occasions. No response. At present I have 4 cases with Robinhood Financial support. The case numbers are XXXX, XXXX, XXXX plus the most recent XXXX. Robinhood Financial needs to pay a hefty fine to CFPB.
