Consumer Narrative

My student loans qualified for automatic discharge as per XXXX XXXX XXXX borrower defense settlement. My loans qualified for full discharge and refund for payments I made. The settlement conditions should have been fulfilled as of XX/XX/2024. My loans have been discharged but as of XX/XX/2024 I have not received my refund. I have tried calling the Dept of Education but they do no answer. I have also submitted several complaints via DOE website and have not received a response. I also contacted my loan servicer Mohela and they refer my back to DOE.
