This is concerning my XXXX credit card I've spoken to the company or several different occasions 30 days ago now I've placed a fraud case towards my card I let the representatives know that I've only used my card once to make for sure it work the other charges I did not make I receive a letter in the mail XX/XX/XXXX. Spoke to a representative XX/XX/XXXX the representative told me that my card balance would be restored on XX/XX/XXXX th. My balance has not been restored I'm receiving different pieces of information from each individual I speak to I am not going to pay a credit card bill for charges that I did not inquire. I spoke to a representative by the name of XXXX extremely rude of course I've been dealing with this battle for over 30 days roughly a month and a half I'm frustrated this guy tells me that I can not cuss he can not give me his employee ID number not even a last name nor was I able to speak to a supervisor. Everyone I speak to wants to constantly transfer me over to other individuals who are not willing to help in this case and matter.
