On XX/XX/year> I purchased a XXXX XXXX from Apple I returned it the following day. Attached to this purchase was a gift card which Apple unbeknown to me had attached to the sale. The following month and subsequent months I am being charge {$12.00} to my Apple Card. I called and spoke with Apple they agreed that there is no reason why Goldman Sachs who manages the Apple Card should be bill me when I returned the entire purchase. Apple directed me to Goldman Sachs I have call them with an Apple representative on the line to fix this problem. Goldman Sachs keeps saying that the only way to fix the problem if for them to create a dispute. I said fine do it and fix the problem they refused in call after call to create a dispute for which I request an ID number for reference. They refuse to connect me to a senior manager as they claim is not their procedure or department. They have after one payment of {$12.00} to keep them off my back they continue to bill me and making threats that they will send me to collections. I suspect this is a fraudulent group who may have lifted the name of Goldman Sachs to continue to syphon money from me a senior citizen. I live on a fix income and I can not continue to pay Goldman Sachs ( if they are really Goldman Sachs ). Please I need your help in resolving this issue as I do not owe anyone any money. Thank you
