I need them to please clarify the following : XXXX - They noted that I am on the exceptional discretionary forbearance through XX/XX/year> because I requested the XXXX XXXX against Repayment Discharge. And, If I want to benefit for the interest subsidy for the XXXX Plan, the account would need to be in the repayment status and that I have the option to request the forbearance be removed but the request must be in writing. What they did not clarify is whether I can go back on the " exceptional discretionary forbearance through XX/XX/year> '' if I change my mind after going into repayment. And if so, will something in writing suffice again. I want to make sure that I would not have to resubmit my application for XXXX XXXX. I need confirmation. XXXX - Is it possible for my loan to go into repayment any time before XXXX/XXXX if for some reason the XXXX XXXX against XXXX XXXX is addressed before that and they determine that my loan is not fully discharged? I need confirmation. XXXX - I need confirmation on how many newly eligible months payments have been made on my account? I want to calculate how many remaining months of payments I need to make before discharge if for some reason the XXXX XXXX either does not forgive in full or in part. I need this answered.
