I filed an initial complaint due to Synchrony Bank not acknowledging my dispute. Since then I was promised a PERMANENT credit, I filed a first dispute with synchrony, which you have information on about the first dispute/complaint I filed. I was sent a check for only {$76.00} now they are claiming they sent a check for {$77.00} which is a blatant lie. I have copies of all documentation. This bank can not be serious.. it is very clear to me, that to your agency they pretend to abide by their promises, but I have PROOF they did not uphold their end of the agreement. This only further proves how corrupt and dishonest this bank is. Furthermore, upon checking my account, the re-billed me for {$76.00} after claiming they resolved the dispute and ruled in my favor I was promised the refund check and PERMANENT credit from an account manager supervisor named XXXX XXXX last week approximately. I am attaching all of the documentation in this second complaint and have now also decided to further speak with my counsel on our next move under the law.
