Pursuant to 15 USC 1681a 2 ( A ) ( 1 ) Exclusions Except as provided in paragraph ( 3 ), the term consumer report does not include ( A ) subject tosection 1681s3 of this title, any ( i ) report containing information solely as to transactions or experiences between theconsumerand thepersonmaking the report ; The line of credit I have with your company is characterized as utilization on my consumer reports and your company is illegally reporting this experience. Congress clearly states that the reporting of transactions or experiences between the consumer and the person making the report is not included on the consumer reports. Therefore, you are in violation of 15 USC 1681a 2 ( A ) ( i ) by reporting this experience. You have 5 calendar days to update my utilization to 0 % and/or delete all utilization from my account. Failure to correct this error may result in legal action and seeking monetary damages. Thank you for prompt attention to this matter.
