I have my loans serviced through MOHELA and they switched over their platforms. During this time I could not log in to pay my loans and I also could not use their new platform. This resulted in me having no way to pay my student loans for XXXX months. I do not think that it is fair that I was being charged interest with no way to pay my loans.
