I made a {$500.00} cash deposit at a XXXX store using my Providers debit card and after making the deposit I checked the account to make sure the deposit was posted and it was the next morning when I checked my account I noticed the deposit transaction had completely disappeared so I contacted the company asking for my funds to be returned immediately, and they said that they had no records of my deposit and requested the receipts and transaction history, which I am the store both provided all to know about because the bank literally has been refusing to give me my funds and now this has been causing undue financial hardship and is unethical I believe and I believe Im being discriminated against all I want is my money back
