Hello, My name is XXXX XXXX, I been a victim of fraud in my Synchrony account of XXXX, I have few accounts with synchrony bank credit cards and charge cards, and they are incompetent, in the way the enter my information, which I verified with them, and they still hurting my credit bureau exceptional performance. I have no problem, with any of my XXXX, XXXX, or discover accounts. It is just lousy Synchrony, that makes mistakes that cause me points in my fico score. They make the errors, and they blame me. I have all my account for ever, in auto pay with plenty of money to pay, and these idiots, tell me, that my account is invalid?? IT IS NOT. I even talked to them, and they are like talking to a robot, who does not understand a simple inquiry, form their mistakes on my accounts. I have all my bank statements that proof all my good performance. Please help in straighten this out with Synchrony bank. Also, they charge outrageous amounts of money as interest rates. I am a XXXX XXXX, and I live on a fixed income. I hope the government will fix this companies, abusing the American people, ripping us off. I thank you in advance for your time, XXXX XXXX XXXX!
