I am reaching out regarding some fraudulent accounts on my file. I was reviewing my credit report and saw that American Student Assistance has placed multiple fraudulent accounts on my file. These accounts are not mine and should be treated as such. I have no knowledge of these accounts and are demanding that these accounts are deleted from my credit report as soon as possible. Furthermore, I am requesting that because you HAVE reported yourself on my report that you submit the following information- May you please send me the original contract proving that I had a contract with you all. Being that this account has recently shown up on my file, can you all provide your chain of title and errors and omissions policy number proving that this company is even certified to collect this alleged fraudulent account. If you can not provide the following documentation to me or support my Identity Theft report showing that these accounts are not mine, delete these accounts.
