Sometime in 2020 I opened an Apple Card on my XXXX. For a period of about 2 months I attempted to make small minor purchases with the card and with my Apple Pay on my XXXX. Not one single purchase was ever completed as every single transaction was denied by the bank ( Apple Card/Goldman Sachs Bank ) . The card had a {$0.00} balance on it because it was unusable at the banks choosing. Shortly after receiving the card I contacted Goldman Sachs Bank to inquire on the issue with the transaction denials. They informed me my account was being closed and I would not be able to use the card. They informed me this decision was final. They informed me they will not provide me any other information. They informed me the account was closed. At this point in time the card was never used for any purchase and the balance was in fact {$0.00} and stated to be closed. 4 years later and Goldman Sachs bank is reporting my account as charged off for {$180.00} to XXXX. This is completely false and ridiculously negligent by both parties who I have informed directly of this issue countless times.
