While in possession of the vehicle, I did hit an animal which totaled the vehicle out completely. The vehicle was then paid off by my insurance company with a {$500.00} balance left. ( My deductible fee ) I do not understand why the company is representing this as a repossession when it was not and never was even in repossession status.
