This is a Synchrony provided store card for XXXX XXXX. I based this premise on the promotional email which I have included ( attached as Get up to a {$150.00} credit! XXXX XXXX ). I complied with all the terms of the offer : Making the purchase between XXXX and XXXX ( XX/XX/XXXX actual purchase ), making monthly payments on time, keeping my account in good standing, and submitting a request for the credit to Synchrony in a timely fashion ( Done on XXXX, attached as Synchrony XXXX XXXX - Your Submission ID # XXXX, includes some unhelpful back and forth with Synchrony rebate support ). Here 's a record of the contacts I was able to find in my logs and emails. XXXX Email reply to Synchrony request submission email asking for update, was told I needed to wait the full 90 days after the promotion ended by XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX around XXXX. Can't remember the name of the agent. Spent most of time trying to get them to understand what the problem was. Zero help. XXXX Outgoing @ XXXX to XXXX. Spoke to a woman whose name I do not remember, she said she could see the submission and there were no issues, asked me to be patient and wait for it to be processed. XXXX Outgoing @ XXXX to XXXX. Got through the automated system and the call was disconnect by XXXX rebate center. XXXX Outgoing @ XXXX to XXXX. Spoke to XXXX XXXX this time over the phone instead of email. Told me she couldn't help me, and I needed to call the main line. Denied my request to speak with a supervisor. XXXX Outgoing @ XXXX to XXXX. Spoke with XXXX who claimed he put in a request for management review and that I would receive a written decision within 5 business days. I never received anything via email or mail afterwards.
