Letter to Bank of America Bank of America Claims Resolution, Tx XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Tx XXXX To whom it may concern. XX/XX/2024 I received a letter dated XX/XX/2024 from the Claims Resolution unit of Bank of America, claim number XXXX for the amount of XXXX. The letter states my claim was denied. I XXXX XXXX am corresponding to you for my wife who has medical issues and is XXXX. The documentation from XXXX XXXX is only an email, it is a copy of the receipt showing that services were performed, on XX/XX/2024. The date of this email shows it was sent on XX/XX/2024 at XXXX am to XXXX XXXX, I do not know who he is but he is not the owner, of XXXX XXXX. I downloaded a copy of my receipt with my original claim. Why do I have to write my second opinion in a letter, on XXXX XXXX, when the reply to you from XXXX XXXX is copy of the sales receipt, which I already sent to Bank Of America. We are not disputing the transaction, however we are disputing the defective lowlight application that was performed. We did not dispute the total sales receipt of XXXX. Which included my wifes haircut and cream, only the lowlight application. There is nothing in this information from XXXX XXXX about the defective lowlight procedure, or there procedure used, so why do I have to furnish a second qualified opinion when XXXX gave none. XXXX. Item in dispute, is XXXX - Full Foil ( XXXX ) ( XXXX ) for XXXX XXXX The procedure performed was for applying lowlights not highlights. First, can lowlights actually cover gray hair? Yes! Lowlights, which, unlike highlights are actually a few shades darker than your hair, bring out the most natural look versus using brighter traditional highlights, says XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX longtime colorist and creator of hair care line XXXX. XXXX. The application was defective because it left my wife XXXX XXXX a lot of grey hair showing through out her hair and specifically on the frontal region of her head. The grey hair should have been colored if the Lowlight application was done correctly, which it was not. Additionally, the color process came off with the first washing of her hair, leaving her with no color. We have photographs taken after the application when my wife returned home, in good light, the XXXX was dark, and my wife could not clearly see the defective quality of the lowlight application, at the Salon, Additionally XXXX XXXX the stylist did not hold a mirror up so my wife could see the rear of her head, my wife did not notice the defective quality of the lowlight procedure until she returned home. XXXX. The lowlight application was defective in the method the lowlight procedure was applied by the stylist XXXX XXXX. To repair my wifes hair it will require the stripping of my wifes hair to remove any part of the defective application, and a re application of color to restore my wifes damaged hair, this at additional cost to us, beyond the XXXX dollar in dispute. XXXX. On the receipt it shows the Lowlight color applied and the cost, however it does not show defective lowlight color or the defective application by the stylist XXXX XXXX. We tried to contact the merchant to resolve this issue but the owner of the XXXX XXXX refused to speak to us. Additionally I am requesting copies of the documents that Bank of America used to make their decision. Also Bank of America deposited XXXX separate amounts of XXXX in my checking account, before the claim was investigated. XXXX was removed on XX/XX/2024, the other was spent by me, then Bank of America sent the later stating they are removing the other XXXX. My other complaint was because XXXX XXXX XXXX Stylist forced my wife to pay a tip for XXXX, which Bank of America closed with no investigation explanation. XXXX XXXX
