Received this card as a gift. The card has never worked for making purchases. I can not get support. From the website the contact us page doesn't load anything, and the phone number on the back of the card goes to a generic robot that only gives balance information. The card is ran by Blackhawk Network, when calling Blackhawk the support agent said to called a different number that supports this particular card. The phone number she gave me rings a few times and disconnects.
