Consumer Narrative
XX/XX/2024, I placed an electronic payment to my credit card. I was informed the payment would be on hold until XX/XX/2024. The payment debit posted to my checking account on XX/XX/2024. The card company is claiming this type of payment is out of the ordinary for me, which it is not. I have used the same checking account and same process for paying this credit card since it has been opened. Ive reached out to multiple representatives, who continued to repeat the same narrative of this is out of the ordinary, again my transaction history proves it is not.
