Consumer Narrative

PayPal debit my account for {$250.00} on XX/XX/XXXX generate a negative balance, saying that I had a duplicate credit after I disputed a transaction with PayPal Credit Synchrony Bank on XX/XX/XXXX. I contacted both companies every day since XX/XX/XXXX with no help at all to resolve the issue, and each company do not have support about I own a duplicate credit, they just answer my complaint saying that the opposite company need to resolve the problem. Not sure how these XXXXwo companies share information or do business together but they mess it up my PayPal account.
