In XXXX, my fianc and I purchased a home from a couple with the same last name as me ( XXXX ). When we purchased the home, I had my mail forwarded to my new address. Since the purchase, my Primary address on my banking account changes to the previous owner 's new address, in a different city, without my consent. It has changed without my consent at least 10 different times. I call chase every time this happens, and they do not have an answer other than to change my address with the post office. I have done just that on 3 different occasions. When my address changes without my consent I am unable to use my debit card for 24 hours after each occurrence. They continuously tell me that " Generally, your address should not change without your consent '' but here we are. Why is it that the postal company is linked to banking?
