This account was supposed to be closed in XX/XX/XXXX it is now XX/XX/XXXX they have not fully closed this account. I have money still sitting in this account they rejected a direct deposit from XXXX but for whatever reason they allowed a deposit in XXXX, but my account is supposed to be closed. They blocked previous deposits and now theyre allowing it, so my account is still open even though it says its deactivated and closed and I cant move or touch the money. This is so unfair and illegal If something needs to be done about this, Im not able to speak to no one on the phone they made it to where nobody can call in and you have to go to the app but through the app I cant request to talk to anybody I cant never get a response. They informed me that they were closing my account, but they never fully close my account. They kept sending me the W9 form. I filled it out multiple times and they still wan na close my account. Theyre not letting me know whats going on with my account I have money sitting in my spending account they only sent me the money from my brokers account and I think this is highly unfair. Its been months I cant use that account. I cant talk to nobody on the phone I cant get a response via email and theyre doing this on purpose and I feel like Im being discriminated towards in target because I hadnt yelled and cussed out some of their customer service reps but this is illegal and unfair and Im just sick and tired of the going back-and-forth and Im not fully closing out my account. I want my spending account money sent to me as well as the account being fully close like they said they were going to do the only thing they have done to me is restricted account and stopped me from calling customer service or reaching out to them so I cant get a response. I cant talk to no one on the phone. No one is calling me back, I cant reach them and theyre keeping my account halfway open but I cant touch or move or do anything with the money, so this is just highly unfair and Im just really frustrated.
