Consumer Narrative

Requested check over {$100000.00} after closing account with no notice. There has been multiple attempts to get check from Chase bank. Chase has stated they have sent the check multiple times. We have not received the check. This is causing financial hardship. We recently contacted Chase and they said it would take 72 hrs to research it. We have yet to receive a call back.
