On XX/XX/XXXX, I alerted citibank that XXXX unauthorized amounts were withdrawn from my bank account : {$430.00} for XXXX {$70.00} for XXXX {$10.00} for XXXX I DID not authorize these amounts and they are not my charges. Citibank informed me that it would take 10 days to receive a credit, then they changed their story to I need to " wait for a letter ''. I never received any letters. I spoke to someone again on XX/XX/XXXX and they told me on XX/XX/XXXX to reach out and if no letters arrived, I would be given a provisional credit of my money. Today, XX/XX/XXXX, I called them back and they said that the claim had been closed, the bank determined none of my money was taken, and that I wont be receiving a credit. I am missing {$510.00} from my Citibank debit account at this moment. I don't know why they are claiming that it wasn't taken from my account when I have told them these charges were not mine, but this is where we are.
