Consumer Narrative

XX/XX/XXXX : I made an order on XXXX for XXXX bundles of 30 inch kinky curly human hair costing XXXX XX/XX/XXXX : My order arrived, I went to use them then realized it was not of quality that I had in the past. To be specific : the hair kept tangling straight out of the package, and it wasn't true to the 30 inch length, it was well below 26 inches XX/XX/XXXX : I submitted a return request to XXXX and it was accepted. I was instructed to return to a XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX : I dropped off my return to the XXXX XXXX, it was scanned and sent off. By XX/XX/XXXX : I checked my return center on XXXX and noticed that my refund was marked as received at the warehouse, but my refund was not initiated. XX/XX/XXXX : By this time I still hadnt received my refund and disputed the charge with my bank. XX/XX/XXXX : My bank issued a letter stating that XXXX already refunded my order, which is not true as there are only 3 transactions from XXXX under this transaction which are as follows : - 1 Transaction on XX/XX/XXXX : XXXX was deducted from my account for the order made - 1 Transaction on XX/XX/XXXX : XXXX was put back into my account as a temporary credit for my dispute - 1 Transaction on XX/XX/XXXX was deducted from my account as my dispute was denied. These transactions will be shown in the files uploaded. I have had many conversations with XXXX customer service about where my refund is, with it ending in the customer service representative disconnecting our chat and not solving my problem. Following this, I attempted to re-open my claim by submitting further evidence that my refund was sent to the warehouse, but not received. The evidence was submitted on XX/XX/XXXX. I have yet to receive a letter on the evidence I submitted, but XXXX is now stating that they did not receive my refund. To be concise, XXXX claimed : XX/XX/XXXX : XXXX claimed that I received my refund. My bank did not review XXXX claim as there are no transactions proving that I received my refund. As of today, XX/XX/XXXX : XXXX is claiming that they never received my package. They have went and changed my return claim after I showed my bank proof that I did not receive a refund. They falsified documents, stating that I never returned the package. XXXX are making false claims about the product I returned and is refusing my refund. My bank has been of no help, as with about 3 disputes I've filed, they have accepted the fraudulent evidence from companies and denying my rights to my refund.
