When I noticed some unauthorized inquiries on my credit report. these inquiries and charge off accounts are causing a lot of stress in my life, which is resulting in a financial crisis. Some unauthorized inquires and accounts which are a result of identity theft. These accounts are also violating my rights as a consumer under the Fair Credit Act and Fair Debt Collection Act. I did not consent for the creditors or credit bureaus to report these accounts to my credit profile.
