Syncrony Bank is in violation of Reg Z and XXXX. There has been a monthly charge on my credit card every monthly since XXXX. On the statements the charge is mixed in with the purchases without a description of what it is. I assumed it was a purchase i made and they didn't have the description of what it was. There was no identifying information. Come to find out, these charges were for an Amazon XXXX membership that i did not have. I was on my nieces Amazon account and made purchases only with my Amazon card. I never had an Amazon XXXX account or Amazon XXXX Account. I never signed up for one. They have been charging my card for her monthly fee since XXXX. They are sneaky with this charge too because they burry it in the purchases, and do not locate it in an area of the statement where you would be able to tell that it was a fee. That is a serious XXXX violation. I placed a billing dispute with them on XX/XX/XXXX and have been following up. The last time i talked to them, they said they could not help me and to call Amazon. I told them i did talk to Amazon, and Amazon is telling me to talk to them. Sycrony Bank is in violation of Reg z for not taking my claim and working with the merchant, Amazon to get this resolved.
