On Thursday XX/XX/year> I called Bank of America and advised I was unable to review & redeem my rewards money. She stated she would put a ticket in and it would be fixed in a day or so. On Friday XX/XX/year> I called BOA again and was told there was a problem with the app and it would be fixed by the weekend. On Monday XX/XX/year> I called BOA again and was told they were unaware of a problem but would put a ticket in. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was disconnected. On Thursday XX/XX/year> I went to a branch of BOA in XXXX XXXX & spoke with XXXX XXXX. She stated she would put a ticket in to get it fixed. She stated that was all she could do. On Friday XX/XX/year> I sent her an email asking what has been done to fix my inability to redeem my rewards money. On said date she called and stated it was an app issue. I advised her as well as all the other employees of BOA that I knew they were found guilty and fined XXXX XXXX dollars for not paying customers back their rewards money. All employees stated they were not aware of this lawsuit.
