A few hours later I called and asked if I could close that XXXX account and use the funds in a different XXXX from the same bank. I was told no problem since the XXXX was opened less than XXXX hours. I was told the money would be available XX/XX/XXXX, then XX/XX/XXXX, then XX/XX/XXXX, then XX/XX/XXXX. Now today, supervisor XXXX told me they need to deny me access to my money for XXXX days. This is the first time this was mentioned. I am being denied access to my money. I have a time sensitive investment I want to fund now. Their actions can cause me to lose money.
