I am writing to advise you that my Apple credit card issued by Goldman Sachs has been the subject of repeated fraudulent charges and unauthorized ACH transfers to Goldman from my checking account. To make matters worse, I have repeatedly received calls that appear to be using the Goldman Sachs Apple Card Helpline. Individuals claiming to be XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX have claimed to be XXXX Account Specialist and Account Supervisor, respectively, who then placed bogus charges on my account. Let me repeat these individuals based on the caller ID on my XXXX are calling from the Goldman Apple Help Center. The initial fraud occurred on XX/XX/2023, when over {$30000.00} was charged to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, and XXXX XXXX and they were able to transfer money from my linked XXXX account to pay Goldman for the fraudulent charges, so they could make additional fraudulent charges. It took over a month to resolve this and I was assured that the highest level of security would be put on my account so nothing like this could happen again. BUT IT DID HAPPEN AGAIN. On XXXX XXXX XXXX, another XXXX XXXXXXXX fraudulent charges were placed on my Apple Card for ( for multiple transactions ) to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX , and XXXX. And Again my linked XXXX Account was raided and emptied to pay via XXXX transfer Goldman Sachs Apple Card for the charges. I now have an overdrawn XXXX Account and my Goldman Sachs Apple Card improperly has {$25000.00} of my funds. I NEED THESE FUNDS BACK IMMEDIATELY. They refuse to return the funds while they " investigate '' even though they know these charges are completely fraudulent and any competent credit card company using standard fraud detection would not have allowed these charges to be made.
