I had an account closed back in XXXX and a check for XXXX first sent to the wrong address. I waited 121 days and had a check reissued. Its now been many days past the issuance date and mailing date and I still have not received the check!! They told me I would again have to wait 121 days!! This is absolute nonsense and Im going to take this bank to small claims if I dont have a proper and final resolution this month!
