I hope this letter reaches you in good health and spirit. The reason for my letter is Im want to set up my payments on autopay with my credit card. I was told by the manager XXXX at XXXX I would be able to so others must be able too. I feel discriminated against because Im not able to set my account up on autopay for my {$130.00} payment to come off my credit card. My credit is great and I have always paid my bills on time. It shouldnt be no reason why I can not set up my account on autopay using my credit except that your discriminating against me. This needs to be fixed its not fair for others to be able to use their credit card and Im not able to thats very discriminatory. Can you please fix my account? Thank you very much for your time.
