I submitted a PSLF Reconsideration request on XX/XX/XXXX with case number # XXXX. It has been 8 months since any updates of this reconsideration and Mohela is telling me they have not received updates either. I have also been directed multiple times by Mohela to contact XXXX. When I connect with XXXX they tell me they can not see the status of the reconsideration request and can provide no information to me about it. They are telling me that Department of Education handles the reconsideration requests and that written decisions will be sent to me regarding the following payments : I am not receiving credit for payments made on my loans from XX/XX/XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX. My loans were originally placed on an In School Deferment for this time period, but I submitted a School Deferment Waiver form to XXXX XXXX to have this deferment removed from my account. XXXX XXXX approved this request and I have attached these documents to my complaint. During this deferment period I made several payments on my loans and have attached a copy of my payment history from my servicer.
