I requested a refund for {$340.00} and the refund was honored by XXXX XXXX, and the financial institution did not put the money on the card. XXXX refunded the money numerous times. XXXX sent me an email stating their position on the matter at which time I was asked to read it for one of the representatives named XXXX at Direct Express which she decided to escalate my claim by sending it to escalations department at which time she said it would take 72 hours to receive and review and then it would take another 5 days for me to get my money back on the card.so I waited for all the those days to recede and then I checked my account and there was nothing in it. So, I called the bank back again and I was told by the supervisor that escalations department rejected my claim after 4 days, I don't think my claim was ever reviewed. XXXX says that they don't have my money because it was sent back to the bank and that the bank will roll the money over to the new card. Now the bank is telling me that I need to contact XXXX and tell them to do a forced post credit and yet nobody has my money. please I really need your help with resolving this matter because I need my money back immediately. The cost of living is sky high and my XXXX year- old is always in need and he deserves whatever he wants. The bank lied about giving me a credit after I filled out the paperwork that they sent me and sent the papers back within ten days after I got them. I told the bank when I received the documents, and they didn't care they just dismissed my claim without knowing what the situation was with XXXX.
