I made a payment on XX/XX/year>, under the assumption my available credit will become available once the payment posted or at the most in a XXXX hrs. period. Now they have the funds on hold until XX/XX/year> ( 11 days ). I had my internet and cell phone bills on a pre-arranged payment plan and because of this hold I was unable to keep my promise as they decline my internet payment. I have never not honored my payments to them. I did have to cancel XXXX payments in the past because I had paid them w/ another card and I simply did not have enough funds to cover both payments. I need to have the available credit become available now. The funds have been taken out of my checking account and if you look at my payment record I honored e/one of them. My internet is about to be disconnected if I dont pay by the end of this week. I work from home and need my internet to be able to provide to my family.
