I started reaching out to the creditor the beginning of XXXX in regards to this matter and received only a response stating that this debt allegedly belongs to me. According to 15 USC code 1581 ( e ) b this information has to be 100 % accurate and also according to 15 USC 1681 ( i ) 7 if requested by the consumer, a description of the procedure used to determine the accuracy and completeness of the information shall be provided to the consumer by the agency.
