I did not received all of the interest up through the closure date of XX/XX/2024, that I was promised. I only received earned interest up through the statement date of XX/XX/2024. As a result, I lost a whole months interest. Please see attachment and also pasted below the closure procedure of these bank accounts from the Citi XXXX XXXX : Although the account closure process takes XXXX days, the savings account ending in XXXX continues to earn interest until this process is completed. At the time of closure, if we deem any funds as belonging to you, we will send you a check by mail to the address listed on the account.
