I requested that Security Credit Services provide me with a copy of the original contract bearing my wet signature, as well as a detailed breakdown of the charges and fees accrued. Invoking my rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) to request validation of this debt, Security Credit Services failed to provide any relevant documentation, including the original contract with my signature, proof of ownership of the debt, and verification of the amount owed. Until this matter is resolved and sufficient evidence is provided, I am exercising my right to dispute the validity of the debt and request that all collection activities cease immediately. Any further communication from Security Credit Services regarding this matter should be in writing. I expect a prompt and expedited response to this dispute. Furthermore, shall Security Credit Services willingly continue to break the law and falsely render an illegal account agreement reporting to my SSN will result in legal action.
