In XXXX of XXXX i noticed & immediately reported XXXX fraud charges on my debit card apparently made via XXXX as well as XXXX XXXX withdrawal also not from myself. Keybank then advised me to close the checking account entirely as someone clearly had full access to it, which i did. I then waited XXXX weeks for my money to be reimbursed to my account as i was told the fraud needed to be investigated. I eventually got the {$180.00} in paypal transactions as well as the {$50.00} XXXX XXXX refunded. Nearly 3 months later at the end of XX/XX/XXXX I saw the same XXXX transactions removed from my now new checking account. When i called to report this thinking it was fraud again Keybank told me they had redone their investigation & essentially decided i lied & took back my money they had reimbursed me. I immediately reopened this claim. Its now been over XXXX weeks & i have heard nothing from Keybank & nobody can give me answers when i ask.
