I booked and prepaid for a rental car via Chase XXXX from XX/XX/XXXX through XX/XX/XXXX. When I went to pick up the car, it was not available and I was not given a car and I was not issued a refund. When I returned to the US I called Chase to request a refund. They told me they would submit a claim with their contractor and get back to me on XX/XX/XXXX. No one followed up. I called again on XX/XX/XXXX. This time they told me I had to submit a claim through the contractor ( XXXX ). After several hours on the phone with XXXX, I was directed back to Chase. On XX/XX/XXXX, Chase submitted a claim with XXXX and told me I would receive an update on the claim status within 20 business days. I never heard back. On XX/XX/XXXX, after 22 business days I called Chase again. They told me the claim was put on hold on XX/XX/XXXX, but they called the contractor and told me they would receive an update and then update me in 72 hours. I asked them to issue the refund for the service not rendered and they repeatedly refused. I was put on hold, hung up on and never called back. I called back again on XX/XX/XXXX and they again could not resolve my issue. I was lied to and told the representative was talking to her manager but then she admitted she was simply talking to another person in her same level ( supervisor ) in another department. All we want is a refund of {$860.00} for the rental car we never received.
