Consumer Narrative
I was reviewing my credit report with XXXX Reporting agency and discovered an inquiry from Synchrony ( Bank ) that was done on XX/XX/2022. I have never applied for any credit or services from this Bank / Company. I called them directly and ask what this inquiry was for and was told they do not have any record of me making application to this company. I asked that this inquiry be removed from my XXXX credit history and any other agencies that they use.
