I deposited a check in the amount of {$15000.00} on XXXX XXXX I received from the roofing company that failed to complete the task of fixing me and my mothers roof so chase sends me messages they are closing my account etc so I call them and i am Told we are freezing your account and holding your check since I cant get these things verified so I stayed on the phone for hours helping them collect all the phone numbers and info they need which is crazy because Im not the bank its no way I have to assist with this then Im being told the company isnt answering the phone so we are gon na freeze your account and take your money basically and that isnt fair
