On XX/XX/XXXX I made a purchase at XXXXXXXX XXXX with my card for {$29.00}. The next day I see a second transaction in my bank account for {$50.00} from the same business and day. I went to the store to complain and they reviewed the tape of card purchases that day. And they responded to me that they only have XXXX transaction for that card for {$29.00} I proceed to call the bank to make the claim. I called for status after 10 days and they informed me that the transaction proceeded and that it was made with a PIN. I also received it in writing in a letter. He explained and asked if they went to the store to corroborate what they told me. And they submitted a reconsideration called on XX/XX/XXXX and they responded the same as the first claim. I went to the store and they told me that the bank did not call them or request information. And he gave me a copy of the card report showing XXXX transaction for {$29.00} What I want is for them to credit me with the {$50.00} they debited me that I did not do. I only made XXXX for {$29.00}
