My family XXXX was ruin XXXX was stolen from my account. I am a new chase customer. I did NOT give anyone access to my account. I see transfer made to account that was not mine. I called Chase bank to explain this. I was given the run around. I did report the transaction online as fraudulent. I never received an update and Chase denied responsibilty. Why did not chase do security deposit verification like other banks to make sure the account was mine? Just let someone steal that much money and no SECURITY MEASURES in place or notification.I could not get any information to trace transaction. I even checked my bank account the money was there. The worst XXXX ever. My family is without gifts...
