Consumer Narrative

I've asked XXXX to remove this from my credit report since this account does not belong to me. XXXX supposedly did an investigation and came to the conclusion that the account is mine. XXXX accounts from Bank of America appear on my credit report, XXXX of which is mine and I've always paid on time and another which is the one that I'm disputing that is not mine. The account that is not mine is affecting my credit in a negative way and I would like to have it removed from my credit report.
